Revit

Log design is the first company in Serbia that has delivered MV, LV & ELV electrical installations design fully coordinated in Revit MEP.

We are capable of keeping traditional 2D representation of design documents, represented by certain symbols and designations on the floor plans, in addition of an entirely new 3D representation with exact positions and views of all electrical devices and systems in space.

In that way we minimize the possibility of clashes in coordination process and providing full coordination of architectural and building structure, interior design and MEP installations, as well as among the installations themselves, which eliminates any type of additional and unscheduled works on site during the construction stage.

We are using COBIM (Common BIM requirements 2012, Volume 4) as a minimum requirements for our deliveries.

Our main goal is to integrate our complete designing workflow in BIM – 3D view, electrical connections, calculations, single line diagrams etc.

Very important issue about REVIT MEP is Level Of Development (LOD). Depending on how detailed design is done, or how detailed are all the components in project there are five LODs, from LOD100 up to LOD500.

Log Design has very wide experience with LOD300/400/500 designing stage and providing following systems in the most detailed design:

- LV - ELV
- Infrastructure
(cable trenches, cable ducts, outdoor lighting...)
- Structured cabling systems
- Transformer substations - CCTV
- Cable trays - Access control
- Busways - Fire detection systems
- Lighting installations - Public address
- Socket outlets & cable feeders - Intrusion control
- Lightning and earthing systems - Smart parking systems
- Equipotential bonding - TV network
- And much more...
